摘 要:以汽车发动机塑料进气歧管试制为例,分析了硅胶模真空注型技术路线、关键工艺过程和应用效果,对注型产品进行了数值仿真和精度分析。结果表明:3D打印硅胶模真空注型技术,其工艺路线完整,工艺过程稳定,注型件精度高,适用于塑料类新产品开发验证件的快速试制和小批量生产。Taking automobile engine plastic intake manifold as an example,the technical route,key technological process and application effects of the silicone rubber mould-vacuum casting were analyzed.Numerical simulation and precision analysis had been done for the vacuum casting part for a plastic intake manifold.The results indicate that the three dimensional(3D)printing of silicone rubber mould-vacuum casting technology has a complete and stable process rote,with high precision injection parts,which is suitable for rapid trial production and small batch production of new developing plastic products.
