摘 要:将乙烯-丙烯共聚物与均聚聚丙烯进行共混,通过共混挤出造粒与注塑成型制备出质量比(乙烯-丙烯共聚物:均聚聚丙烯)为1:9、3:7、5:5、7:3、9:1的共混聚丙烯(PP)材料,分别探究其在辐照灭菌与湿热灭菌作用下材料性能的变化。结果表明:湿热灭菌后不同共混PP的耐热性能均有所提高;两种灭菌方法均能提高共混PP的结晶度,最终增大共混材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量,但降低了材料的冲击强度;质量比为7:3和9:1的共混PP的综合性能在两种灭菌处理前后均能满足医用PP材料标准。Ethylene-propylene copolymer was blended with homopolymer polypropylene(PP),and the blended polypropylene(PP)samples with mass ratios of 1:9,3:7,5:5,7:3 and 9:1 were prepared by extrusion pelletizing and then injection moulded.The changes of properties of blended PP materials under irradiation sterilization and moist heat sterilization were investigated,respectively.The results show that the heat resistance of PP blends is improved after moist heat sterilization.The two kinds of sterilization methods could improve the crystallinity of PP blends,and the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of PP blends could be increased eventually,but the impact strength is decreased.The comprehensive properties of PP materials with blending ratios of 7:3 and 9:1 can meet the medical standards of PP materials before and after these two sterilization treatments.
