摘 要:环氧玻璃钢的固化程度直接决定着制件的各项性能,然而目前固化度的测量多采用红外光谱仪或差示扫描量热仪等进行,测试过程相对复杂、流程冗长,难以满足制造现场的快速检测。深入探究了玻璃钢硬度指标与固化程度的相关性,结果表明材料固化度与硬度呈现很好的线性关系(斜率K=1.47638),只需通过前期实验确定相应材料体系的K值,即可实现固化度的现场高效准确测量。The curing degree of epoxy-glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP)directly determined the properties of the parts.However,the current measurement of curing degree was mostly carried out by infrared spectrometer or differential scanning calorimeter.The test process was relatively complicated and the process was lengthy,which was difficult to meet the rapid detection of the manufacturing site.In this paper,the correlation between the hardness index and curing degree of GFRP was deeply explored.The results show that the curing degree of GFRP exhibits a good linear relationship with hardness(the slope value K is 1.47638).It is only necessary to determine the K value of the corresponding resin system through preliminary experiments that the in-situ rapid measurement of curing degree can be achieved.
