摘　　要：探讨了反求工程和快速成型技术在鞋楦的模型设计与成型加工中的应用,利用Shining-3D Scanner扫描设备对鞋楦进行数据采集,通过软件Geomagic Studio对采集的数据进行拼接、精简封装和修补优化,将处理后的数据导入逆向工程软件Geomagic Design X完成了鞋楦曲面优化重构,最后利用快速成型技术对鞋楦进行了成型加工。This paper explores the application of the reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology in the model design and machining of the shoe last,acquires the data of the shoe-last by Shining-3D Scanner,and splices,simplifies,and optimizes the data by Geomagic Studio.The processed data were imported into the reverse engineering by the Geomagic Design X software to complete the reconstruction of the surface of the shoe-last,and shape the shoe-last by the rapid prototyping technology.
