摘  要:杂交构树是中科院培育的一种木本饲料植物,为提高杂交构树的生物产量,探明其营养成分动态变化和消纳猪场沼液的能力,本研究观测不同种植密度、不同沼液施用量对杂交构树生物产量的影响,测定不同茬次杂交构树枝叶的营养成分,检测施用沼液后土壤重金属和农药残留。结果表明,随着行株距的增加,年生物产量总体呈下降趋势,行株距为50 cm×50 cm时杂交构树生物产量最高,当年可达113.0 t/hm^2;风干杂交构树枝叶粉不同茬次营养成分动态变化,其中粗蛋白质(14.80±2.13)%,中性洗涤纤维(41.44±4.24)%,酸性洗涤纤维(30.18±4.32)%,粗灰分(9.19±1.83)%,总体全年营养价值较高;沼液用量为8250 t/(hm^2·a)时,杂交构树的生物产量最高,达到157.8 t/hm^2。施用沼液地的土壤酸碱度、铜铬砷等重金属含量在正常范围内,未检出滴滴涕和六六六农药残留。综上,在南方红黄壤区适当密植对杂交构树增产作用明显,枝叶粉营养价值较高;杂交构树具有较强的沼液吸纳能力,且不会对土壤环境造成破坏。Hybrid broussonetia papyrifera is a kind of woody forage plant.In order to improve the biological yield and study the dynamic changes of its nutrient components and the ability to absorb the biogas slurry from pig farms,the effects of different planting densities and different application rates of biogas slurry on the biological yield of hybrid broussonetia papyrifera were observed,the nutrient components of branches and leaves and the soil metal and pesticide residues were also detected.The results showed that,with the increase of row spacing,the annual biological yield showed a decreasing trend.When the row spacing was 50 cm×50 cm,the biological yield of hybrid broussonetia papyrifera was the highest,which reached 113.0 t/hm^2 in that year.The CP,ADF,NDF,H and ASH of this hybrid broussonetia were 14.80%,30.18%,41.44%,11.27%and 9.19%.Finally,hybrid broussonetia achieved the highest production when irrigating 8250 tons of biogas slurry per 10000 m^2 per year without damaging the soil environment.Above all,hybrid broussonetia papyrifera has high biological yield and nutritive value,which is a good raw material for roughage with strong ability to absorb biogas slurry.
