摘  要:研究饲料样品制样过程对铬含量的影响,并且分析相关原因。选取玉米、猪肉粉、鱼粉、猪饲料和小龙虾饲料样品,对照国产粉碎机(不锈钢材质)、进口粉碎机(不锈钢材质)和陶瓷研钵研磨方式对样品进行制样。结果表明,通过粉碎机制样后的样品中铬含量都有增加,说明不锈钢材质粉碎机在制样时有磨损,铬元素会残留到样品中,导致样品中铬含量增加。因此,在检测饲料样品中铬含量时可以采取陶瓷研钵研磨,或选择钛材质的粉碎机制样。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of sample preparation process on chromium content in feed samples and analyze the relevant reasons.Samples of corn,pork powder,fish meal,pig feed and crayfish feed were selected,and the samples were made by comparing with domestic grinder(stainless steel),imported crusher(stainless steel)and ceramic mortar.The results show that the chromium content of the samples increased after the crusher sample preparation,which indicates that the stainless steel crusher will wear out when making samples,and chromium will remain in the samples,resulting in the increase of chromium content in the samples.Therefore,ceramic mortar or titanium grinder can be used to detect chromium content in feed samples.
