摘　　要：矿山企业安全事故的降低是我国矿山企业可持续发展的一个重要保障。应用行为安全"2-4"模型对辽宁某矿火药爆炸事故进行分析,准确地对事故发生的直接原因、间接原因、根本原因、根源原因进行了定位,并结合企业的相关情况,给出了针对性的预防对策,为预防此类事故发生提供了科学依据。The reduction of safety accidents in mining enterprises is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of mining enterprises in China.The behavior safety "2-4" model was applied to analyze the explosion of gunpowder in a mining enterprise in Liaoning Province,accurately locates the direct cause,indirect cause,radical cause and root cause of the accident,and combined with the relevant situation of the enterprise,gave the targeted prevention countermeasures,scientific basis for preventing such accidents was provides.
