纤维束滤料在连铸浊环水系统中的应用

摘　　要：本文对攀钢提钒炼钢厂的板坯连铸机的过滤器进行改造,以纤维束滤料代替原来的无烟煤+石英砂+鹅卵石的滤料,并进行效果对比检验。研究表明:纤维束滤料对连铸浊环水过滤效果良好,反洗时滤料放松,没有死角,滤料不积泥,不流失,反洗彻底;纤维束滤料的使用寿命长,一般大于10年,有利于节约成本。In this paper,the filter of slab caster in Pangang Group Panzhihua Vanadium Steel Co.,Ltd.was modified to replace the original anthracite+quartz sand+pebble filter material with fiber bundle filter material,and the effect was compared and tested.The results show that the fiber bundle filter material has a good filtering effect on the turbid circulating water of continuous casting.When backwashing,the filter material is relaxed,there is no dead angle,the filter material does not accumulate mud,does not lose,and the backwashing is thorough;the service life of the fiber bundle filter material is long,generally more than 10 years,which is conducive to cost saving.
