摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)致胆总管损伤的原因、诊断以及处理方法.方法回顾性分析本院2013年1月至2018年12月收治的23例腹腔镜胆囊切除术致胆总管损伤患者的临床资料.结果23例腹腔镜胆囊切除致胆总管损伤的患者,经过1次及1次以上的手术治疗后患者均痊愈,无手术死亡,随访6个月~5年,无黄疽和胆道感染等并发症发生.结论预防胆总管损伤是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的关键,胆总管损伤发生后要正确及时的处理,并根据损伤的时间、类型选择不同的处理方式.Objective To explore the causes, diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data from 23 patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018, who were suffered from common bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results 23 cases of common bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystec- tomy were cured after one or more surgical operations, no operative mortality occurred, and the follow-up time was 6 months to 5 years and without complications such as jaundice or biliary tract infection. Conclusion Prevention of common bile duct injury is the key in laparoscopic cholecystecto- my. It should be handled correctly and promptly after the occurrence of common bile duct injury, and also choose different treatments according to the time and the type of injury.
