糖尿病人皮肤瘙痒的护理

摘　　要：目的:对糖尿病人皮肤瘙痒进行有效的护理,缓解糖尿病病人的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月在我院接受治疗的200例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒病人为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施心理、生活、皮肤等针对性护理。对两组患者的护理效果以及患者的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的护理有效率以及满意度分别为93.0%和90.0%,对照组的护理有效率及满意度分别为69.0%和65.0%,两组数据对比均具有统计学意义。结论:对糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者实施实施心理、皮肤、生活护理可以明显缓解患者的不适症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To effectively treat the pruritus of diabetic patients,relieve the pain of diabetic patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 200 patients with diabetic pruritus who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution.The control group received routine nursing.,life,skin and other targeted care.The nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the observation group were 93.0%and 90.0%,respectively.The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the control group were 69.0%and 65.0%,respectively.The difference in the efficiency and satisfaction between the two groups was statistical.significance.Conclusion:The implementation of psychological,skin and life care for patients with diabetic itchy skin can significantly alleviate the patient’s discomfort and improve the quality of life of patients.
