摘　　要：Combined with the practice of teaching,this paper first makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems of probability theory and mathematical statistics teaching in the economics and management disciplines of Chinese universities.Then Blended Learning of probability theory and mathematical statistics is studied and put into practice to improve the teaching quality of the course.
