摘　　要：针对地方应用型院校创新创业教育的现状和特点,作者提出以深化专利教育为抓手,培养学生创造性思维,树立知识产权意识。以S大学为例,对专利教育融入大学生创新创业训练课程建设的必要性进行分析,阐述了通过构建专利课程体系、激发学生发明潜力、创新教学模式等途径来提升学生专利申报技能的具体做法。针对专利教育中存在的师资问题、经费问题和成果转化问题进行分析,并提出建议。Regarding the current status and features of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local application-oriented colleges and universities,it is proposed to deepen patent education,cultivate students’ creative thinking and establish the awareness of intellectual property.Taking S university as an example,this paper analyzes the significance of patent education in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship course,and elaborates the specific methods of improving students’ patent application skills by constructing patent course system,stimulating students’ invention potential and innovating teaching mode.This paper analyzes the problems of teachers,funds and achievements transformation in patent education,and puts forward some suggestions.
