摘  要:承载城镇记忆的历史文化游憩地已成为人们进行日常活动的重要场所之一,营建能够提升消费活力的高效能游憩地成为城镇休闲空间建设的关键课题。文章以游客停驻行为为切入点,选取杭州清河坊历史文化游憩地为实证对象,以“消费活力”和“空间优势度”建立系统空间效能评价系统并解析两者之间的内在关联,研究发现:消费活力与功能业态维度中店铺数量和店铺可达面积两个要素呈明显相关性,与环境氛围维度中文化景观面积呈较强相关性,与区位形态维度中要素呈弱相关性。文章为提出历史文化游憩地的空间更新设计方法奠定了一定的理论基础。Historical and cultural recreation areas bearing the memory of the town have become one of the important places for people to carry out daily activities.The construction of high-efficiency recreational area that can enhance the vitality of consumption has become a key issue in the construction of urban leisure space.Taking visitors`behaviors as the starting point,this study selects Qinghefang square historical and cultural recreation area as the empirical object,establishes a systematic spatial efficiency evaluation system with"consumption vitality"and"spatial dominance",and analyzes the internal correlation between them.The study found that the consumption vitality was significantly correlated with the number of stores and accessible area in the functional format dimension of the spatial advantage,strongly correlated with the cultural landscape area in the environmental atmosphere dimension,and weakly correlated with the elements in the location form dimension.This study lays a theoretical foundation for proposing the spatial renewal design method of historical and cultural recreation area.
