摘　　要：个性化住宅设计是美丽乡村建设的重要内容。面对目前乡村设计服务资源不足的实际情况,文章提出一套定制式乡村住宅的智能设计方法,包括村民劳动力和建筑产品特征信息的采集和量化方法;在建立乡村住宅设计数据库的基础上研究综合能够求解复杂分类问题的智能算法,建构定制式乡村住宅智能设计模型。帮助设计师通过数字化设计方法合理配置建筑产品,快速准确地生成符合特定村民建造能力的住宅建筑设计方案。Individualized housing design is an important part of beautiful rural construction.Facing the actual situation of insufficient design-service resources in rural at present,this paper provided the intelligent design method of customized rural housing,including the methods with collecting and quantifying the characteristic information of villagers'labor force and building product.On the basis of rural housing design databases,the intelligent algorithm which can solve complex classification problems were synthesized to construct the intelligent design model of customized rural housing.Through digital design methods,it helps designers allocate building products rationally,and to generate housing architectural design schemes meeting the construction capacity of villagers.
