上向水平分层充填采矿法采场安全回采顺序研究

摘　　要：为研究上向水平分层充填采矿法回采过程中顶板的变化特征,确定采场安全回采顺序,以鑫汇金矿地质和开采条件为背景,将该矿山地下采场回采过程划分为垂直矿体走向回采的四种方案为第一组,沿矿体走向回采的三种方案为第二组。利用FLAC3D岩土工程数值模拟软件,对两组七种回采方案回采过程中的采场顶板拉应力值、拉应力区面积、顶板位移、矿岩接触面位移等数值计算研究。结果表明,两组回采方案对顶板的作用具有类似的变化特征;在第一组方案中,第四种方案即从矿体上盘向矿体下盘回采的顶板最大拉应力值、拉应力区域面积和顶板位移等值均为最小,且拉应力区远离回采作业点,为第一组中的最佳方案;在第二组方案中,第五种方案即沿矿体走向从一端向另一端回采为最佳方案;当生产能力需求较大时推荐使用第四种方案。In order to study the roof changing feature of upward horizontal cut-and-fill stoping method in underground and choose a safe stope mining sequence,The FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software was used to model the mining sequences.The stope mining sequences were divided into two groups on the background of Xinhui Gold Mine’s geological and mining conditions.The direction of mining sequence of the first group was vertical against the ore body orientation which was divided into four plans,and the direction of mining sequence of the second group was mining along with the ore body orientation which was divided into three plans.The numerical results of roof tension stress,area of roof tensile zone,displacement of roof,interface displacement of ore and wall rock were analyzed.The result shows that there is a same changing feature for the influence of the roof in each group;the fourth plan that mining from the hanging wall to the footwall is the best in the first group which largest tensile stress of stope roof,zone of tension stress and displacement of stope roof were the smallest,and the zone of tension stress is the farthest away from working place;the fifth plan that mining from an edge to another edge is the best in the second group,and the recommended plan is the fourth plan which has high and efficient production capability.
