摘　　要：通过对攀钢1450热轧板厂过跨链翻卷机存在缺陷的分析,找到了制约生产的原因,并对过跨链翻卷机装置及其液压站进行了改进,提高了装机精度,减少了故障时间,满足了生产的要求。Through the analysis of the defects of the coil upender in 1450 Hot-strip Mill of Pangang,found the reason for restricting production.In addition,the equipment and hydraulic station of cross-span chain roller are improved.It improves the installation precision,reduces the failure time and meets the production requirements.
