摘 要:本研究选择了576只29周龄的海兰粉壳蛋鸡作为研究对象,研究日粮添加不同水平的茴香油对蛋鸡常规营养成分和能量利用的影响。鸡只按照生产性能随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只鸡,鸡只采食4种日粮,茴香油添加水平分别为0、150、300和450 mg/kg,试验共开展2周,测定饲料和粪便样品的常规营养素和氨基酸,计算表观消化率和真消化率。与对照组相比,日粮添加茴香油较对照组显著提高了蛋鸡粗蛋白质和有机物的表观和真消化率(P <0.05),其中300 g/kg茴香油组养分利用最佳。与对照组和450 mg/kg茴香油组相比,在蛋鸡日粮中添加300 mg/kg茴香油可显著提高赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸和苏氨酸的表观消化率和真消化率(P <0.05)。结论 :在该试验条件下研究证实,饲料中添加茴香油对提高蛋鸡营养利用效率的重要性,其中蛋鸡日粮中适宜的茴香油添加水平为300 mg/kg。In this study,a total of 57629-week-old Hyline pink shell layers were selected as the research objects to investigate the effects of different levels of fennel oil added into the diet on the normal nutritional compositions and energy utilization of layers.Chicken according to the production performance were randomly divided into four groups and each group of 6 repeat,repeated every 24 chicken,chicken feed only four kinds of diet,fennel oil added level respectively 0,150,300 and 450 mg/kg,the trial last 2 weeks,after that the feed and feces samples were collected to determinate the nutrients and amino acids,calculate the apparent digestibility and true digestibility.Compared with the control group,the dietary addition of fennel oil significantly increased the apparent and true digestibility of crude protein and organic matter in layers(P<0.05),among which the nutrient utilization performance of 300 mg/kg fennel oil group was the best.Compared with the control group and the 450 mg/kg fennel oil group,adding 300 mg/kg fennel oil to the diet of layer hens significantly improved the apparent and true digestibility of lysine,methionine,arginine and threonine(P<0.05).In conclusion:under the experimental conditions,this study confirmed the importance of adding fennel oil to the feed to improve the nutritional utilization efficiency of layers,among which the appropriate level of fennel oil in the diet of layers was 300 mg/kg.
