摘  要:本试验以6只羔羊为试验动物,通过测定其生长性能、养分消化率、氮沉积率和微生物氮合成来评价两种牧草日粮对生长期羔羊的饲用价值。试验分为两组,分别用品质较好的猫尾草日粮和品种较差的黑麦草日粮饲喂9个月。羔羊饲喂量为体重的2%,精料饲喂量为采食量的40%。猫尾草和黑麦草组羔羊的日增重分别为82.6 g和66.2 g,但无显著差异(P> 0.05)。黑麦草日粮组的平均日采食量显著高于猫尾草组(P <0.05),但不受试验时期影响(P> 0.05)。日粮和饲喂时期对养分消化率均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。黑麦草组氮与沉积氮吸收比值较猫尾草组提高的趋势(P=0.06)。日粮和饲喂时期对微生物氮含量和合成效率均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。研究结果表明,低品质的黑麦草可以作为反刍动物的草料饲料,长期饲喂反刍动物不会对养分利用和生长性能产生不利影响。Six lambs were used as experimental animals in this experiment to evaluate the feeding value of the two forage diets to the growing lambs by measuring their growth performance,nutrient digestibility,nitrogen deposition rate and microbial nitrogen synthesis.The experiment was divided into two groups,which were fed with the better quality cattail grass diet and lower quality ryegrass diet for 9 months.Lambs were fed at 2%of body weight and concentrates at 40%of feed intake.The daily weight gain was 82.6g and 66.2g,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The mean daily feed intake of the ryegrass group was significantly higher than that of the cattail group(P<0.05),but it was not affected by the test period(P>0.05).Neither diet nor feeding period had significant effect on nutrient digestibility(P>0.05).The nitrogen absorption ratio to the deposition nitrogen of ryegrass group was significantly increased compared with the cat tail group(P=0.06).Diet and feeding period had no significant effect on microbial nitrogen content and synthesis efficiency(P>0.05).The results showed that the forage based on low quality ryegrass could be used as forage for ruminants.
