摘  要:在当前城市修补与生态修复进程中,许多规划目标的实现均需通过蓝绿空间统筹协调才能实现。但如何在空间资源受限的城市环境下精准响应日趋复合化的职能需求成为当前蓝绿空间调控难题。因此以"城市双修"为基本语境,以定量技术为工具,在蓝绿空间职能需求评价技术和发展适应性评价技术研发基础上,建立蓝绿空间一体调控方法,并结合东营市河口城区规划实践,探讨了蓝绿空间格局关联性与互补性调控方案的生成途径。研究成果能为规划实践中蓝绿空间的关联互补调控以及发展适应性调控提供技术支持。In the process of city betterment and ecological restoration,many planning objectives must be achieved through the coordination of blue-green space.However,how to accurately respond to the increasingly composited demands at built-up area under the constraints of space has become a main challenge in current blue-green space regulation.Correspondingly,in the context of city betterment and ecological restoration,taking the quantitative technology as the tool,the evaluation technologies of service demand and development adaptability of blue-green space were established.On this basis,integral regulation method for urban blue-green spatial layout was developed and applied in water environment and landscape planning of Hekou District of Dongying City.The research results could provide technical support for the correlated regulation and adaptive regulation of blue-green space in the planning practice.
