摘 要:为了研究电极扁钢在高温变形时的静态再结晶软化行为,在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对电极扁钢进行双道次热压缩试验,得到了该电极扁钢在不同工艺参数条件下的应力-应变曲线,研究了变形温度和道次间隔时间对电极扁钢静态再结晶行为的影响。根据试验数据结果,计算得到了电极扁钢的静态再结晶激活能,确立了静态再结晶动力学模型。结果表明:道次间隔时间和变形温度对电极扁钢静态再结晶行为的影响比较大,随着变形温度的升高和道次间隔时间的增加,电极扁钢的静态再结晶软化率也增加。In order to study the static recrystallization softening behavior of the electrode flat steel at high temperature deformation,the double-pass hot compression test was performed on the electrode flat steel on the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test machine.Then,the strain-stress curve of the electrode flat steel at different deformation condition can be obtained.The effects of deformation temperature and pass interval time on static recrystallization behavior of electrode flat steel were studied.According to the experimental results,the activation energy of static recrystallization of electrode flat steel was calculated,and the static recrystallization kinetics model was established.The results show that the static recrystallization behavior of electrode flat steel is affected greatly by the pass interval time and deformation temperature,and with the increase of deformation temperature and increase of the interval time,the static recrystallization volume fraction of the experiment steel increases.
