森登-4纳米乳治疗面部化妆品皮炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察森登-4纳米乳治疗面部化妆品皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月就诊于我科化妆品皮炎门诊的患者303例,随机分为治疗组183例和对照三子健肤霜组60例、对照氧化锌组60例,分别在治疗2、4、8、12周比较3组患者临床疗效、不良反应等。结果治疗组、对照三子健肤霜组、对照氧化锌组在治疗2周后,患者的指标均有改善,总有效率分别为49.2%、50%和48.3%,3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8、12周后,治疗组、对照三子健肤霜组的各项指标明显好于对照氧化锌组,总有效率4、8、12周分别为67.2%、68.3%和53.3%、84.2%、83.3%和60%、96.2%、95%和66.7%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组和对照三子健肤霜组临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论森登-4纳米乳治疗面部化妆品皮炎临床疗效显著,且不良反应小,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广。Objective The Purpose of this study was observed the clinical curative effect of senden-4 nanoemulsion on the facial cosmetic dermatitis.Methods 303 patients who treated in our department's for cosmetic dermatitis from May 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into three groups,which were treatment group(183 cases),the control group with Sanzi skin care cream(60 cases)and the control group with zinc oxide(60 cases).After 2,4,8 and 12 weeks,the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of three groups were compared.Results All observed indexes of patients have improvement in all three groups after 2 weeks of treatment,and the total effective rate were 49.2%,50%and 48.3%,respectively.There was no significant difference between any two groups of three different groups(P>0.05);while all the observed indexes in the treatment group and the control group with Sanzi skin care cream better than the control group with zinc oxide after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks'treatment,the total effective rate were 67.2%,68.3%and 53.3%,84.2%,83.3%and 60%,96.2%,95%and 66.7%in 4 weeks,8 weeks and12 weeks,respectively.There are significant difference among three treatment(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect have no significant difference between treatment group and the control group with Sanzi skin care cream(P>0.05).Conclusion Senden-4 nanoemulsion has significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of facial cosmetic dermatitis,also have small adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of extensive in the clinical application.
