聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合贝复舒凝胶治疗647例干眼症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶(贝复舒眼用凝胶,bFGF)治疗干眼症的疗效。方法干眼症患者647例(1294眼)随机分为联合用药组和治疗组,两组患者均以聚乙烯醇滴眼液白天点眼做为基础治疗、联合用药组每晚睡前联合加用贝复舒眼用凝胶治疗,观察每组治疗前后主观症状评分、SchirmerⅠ试验、角膜荧光素染色检查和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检查情况,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干眼症男女患病比例约为1∶3,两组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检查、角膜荧光素染色检查和主观症状评分都有显著差异(P<0.05)。经过治疗1个月后两组间泪膜破裂时间(BUT)检查、角膜荧光素染色检查和主观症状评分也有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组SchirmerⅠ试验治疗前后结果均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性患干眼症的比例明显高于男性。聚乙烯醇眼液联合贝复舒眼用凝胶治疗干眼症治疗效果优于单纯应用聚乙烯醇眼液。Objective AIM To evaluate effect of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibrolast Growth Factor Eye-Gel(b-FGF Eye-Gel)eye drops on dry eye.Methods 647 patients(1294 eyes)were randomly divided into Combined treating group and treating group,Two groups were treated with Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops during the day as a basis for treatment of eye,Combined use of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor ophthalmic gel in the treatment group every night before bedtime.the SchirmerⅠtest,break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining and improvement of symptoms were observed before treatment and after treatment between and in the two groups.Results The proportion of dry eye disease between men and women is about 1:3,There was significant difference in tear film break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining and Subjective symptoms score between before and after the treatment of both groups.There w as also significant difference in BUT,corneal fluorescein staining and Subjective symptoms score between the two groups after the treatment about 1 month(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SchirmerⅠtest between all time-point of the two groups(P>0.05)。Conclusion The proportion of women with dry eye disease is significantly higher in women than in men。The effect of polyvinyl alcohol eye solution combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel in the treatment of dry eye is better than that of polyvinyl alcohol eye solution.
