摘　　要：针对焦炉炉门因长期使用而沾满大量焦油和杂质,需要及时清理的情况,研究设计了一套超高压炉门自动清洗系统,阐述该清洗系统的基本构成、系统电气设计和清洗过程操作注意事项。系统能够解决炉门清洗效率低、成本高、风险大等问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。Aiming at the situation that the coke oven door is covered with a large amount of tar and impurities due to longterm use and needs to be cleaned in time,a set of ultra-high pressure automatic cleaning system for furnace door is studied and designed.The basic composition of the cleaning system,the electrical design of the system and the operation tips in the cleaning process are described.The system can solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost and high risk of furnace door cleaning,and it has certain promotion and application value.
