摘　　要：POSM污水、MTO废碱液是一种高污染(高盐高COD)污水,采用西门子WAO/PACT-WAR技术处理,通过使用HAZOP手段对污水处理装置进行分析审查,系统地对污水处理装置中潜在的危险进行识别、分析和评价,并提出改进意见和建议,以提高污水处理装置工艺过程的安全性和可操作性。Siemens technology of WAO/PACT-WAR is used to treat highly polluted wastewater(high salinity and COD)from POSM plant and spent caustic from MTO plant.By using hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis to review and analyze the wastewater treatment plant,the potential dangers in the wastewater treatment plant are identified,analyzed and evaluated systematically,and the comments and suggestions for improvement are put forward,so as to improve the safety and operability of the wastewater treatment plant.
