摘 要:大港滩海新区油田埕海6区为疏松砂岩高孔高渗油藏,储层岩石结构疏松、易出砂,且水平井段普遍在500 m以上,传统的砾石充填完井技术无法满足施工要求。对长井段砾石充填机理、砂浆泵注程序、配套完井工具、完井管柱结构等进行了优化研究,创新性地提出并成功试验了低密度充填砾石,实现了长井段砾石充填完井技术的创新和现场应用。研究结果表明,砾石视密度1.06 g/cm^3,砂液比5%~7%,KCl盐水液体密度1.05 g/cm^3,排量400~640 L/min时,砾石充填效果最优。该技术在埕海6-H1井进行了首次应用,实现了580 m水平井段的砾石充填,充填效率达到100%。埕海6-H1井完井后初期日产油230 t,效果良好。Chenghai area 6 in Dagang Tanhai new area is a loose sandstone reservoir with high porosity and permeability.The rock structure of the reservoir is loose and easy to produce sand,and the horizontal well section is generally over 500 m,so the traditional gravel filling and completion technology cannot meet the construction requirements.The mechanism of long well section gravel packing,mortar pumping program,supporting completion tools and completion string structure were optimized,and the low-density gravel packing was innovatively proposed and successfully tested,which realized the innovation and field application of long well section gravel packing completion technology.The results show that gravel packing effect is the best when the apparent density of gravel is 1.06 g/cm^3,the ratio of sand to liquid is 5% to 7%,the density of KCl saline liquid is 1.05 g/cm^3,and the displacement is 400 to 640 L/min.This technique has been applied for the first time in Chenghai 6-H1 well,and achieved gravel filling in 580 m horizontal well section with a filling efficiency of 100%.After completion of Chenghai 6-H1 well,the initial daily output of oil is 230 tons,with good results.
