摘  要:为解决底水疏松砂岩油藏在出砂的同时出现高含水问题,采用水平井防砂控水一体化完井工艺技术。该技术是集防砂、控水于一体的水平井完井技术,既可通过筛管防砂,又可有效延缓底水锥进速度,提高底水油藏水平井开发效果。通过裸眼封隔器和管内分段控水装置对水平段进行分段完井,优化的管柱结构设计,调整了水平段生产压差的分布,有利于底水均匀推进。当一段含水上升后,可以调整生产管柱进行换层开采,有效控制了含水上升速度。该技术在大港油田孔店油田孔二南断块实施,取得良好效果。In order to solve the problem of high water cut with sand production in bottom water loose sandstone reservoir,the horizontal well sand control and water control integrated completion technology is applied.This technology is a horizontal well completion technology that integrates sand control and water control,which can control sand with screen liners,effectively delay the bottom water coning rate and improve the development effect of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoirs.The open hole packer and the in-pipe segmented water control device are used to complete the horizontal section,the string structure design is optimized,and the distribution of the production pressure difference in the horizontal section is adjusted,which is beneficial to the uniform advancement of the bottom water.When water cut in a section rises,separated zone production via string adjustment is operated to effectively control water cut rate.The technology has been applied in Block Kongernan of Kongdian Oilfield in Dagang Oilfield,with good results.
