摘  要:依托郑阜客专线下工艺性试验,得到不同拌合物性能、灌注时间、排浆时间的充填层强度分布特征,提出基于强度标准差的充填层匀质性指标,研究结果表明:充填层匀质性随自密实混凝土拌合物扩展度增大而减小且当扩展度小于620 mm,充填层自密实混凝土匀质性降低。随着出浆口排浆时间增长,充填层自密实混凝土匀质性越好,当排浆时间大于30 s时,充填层匀质性变化不大;随着灌注时间增长,充填层自密实混凝土匀质性略有提升且灌注时间超过8 min后,灌注时间对充填层匀质性的提升较小;得到现场最佳混凝土拌合物状态及灌注工艺为:拌和物扩展度范围620~670 mm,出浆口排浆时间为30 s,灌注时间6~8 min。研究结果为充填层现场施工提供参考。This paper relies on the Off-line process test in the Zhengzhou-Fuyang Railway.By sampling the SCC(self-compacting concrete)core in the filling layer,the strength distribution characteristics of the filling layer with different SCC mixture properties,discharge time and filling time were obtained,and the filling layer homogeneity index based on the strength standard deviation was proposed.The filling quality of filling layer was characterized.The research shows that the homogeneity of the filling layer decreases with increasing the slump flow.when the slump flow is less than 620 mm,the homogeneity of the filling layer is slightly reduced,and the homogeneity is best when the slump flow is in the range of 620~670 mm.The homogeneity of the filling layer is better with increasing discharge time,and when the SCC is in good condition at the four outlets,the increase of the discharge time has a little effect on the filling quality of the filling layer.The filling time a has little effect on the homogeneity of the filling layer, and the homogeneity of the filling layer is slightly improved with the increase of the fillingtime. The best SCC mixture properties and filling process under the field conditions are that the range of slumpflow is 620~670 mm, the discharge time is 30 s, and the filling time is about 6~8 min. The research results providereference for field construction of the filling layer.
