摘　　要：通过对某延期点火管无火焰输出故障进行排查和分析,发现故障原因为延期药燃烧残渣未能堵塞传火通道,使输入端承压小于输出端承压,火焰在压力导向下形成反向传火。对原结构进行了改进,并对改进后的延期点火管进行了试验验证和可靠性分析。结果表明改进后的延期点火管输出可靠,可靠性达到了技术指标要求。The cause of flameless output failure of some delay ignitor was investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the combustion residue of the delay composition failed to block the fire transfer channel,so that the pressure at the input end was less than that at the output end,and the reverse flame was formed under pressure guidance.The original structure was improved and verification test was carried out,the reliability of the improved delay ignitor was verified to meet the requirement.
