摘　　要：目的:探讨多学科团队协作(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)护理模式在肺癌手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将210例肺癌手术患者按护理方法不同分为干预组107例和对照组103例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组实施MDT护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者术前健康教育后、麻醉前及术后1、4、7、14 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后4 d医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分及首次下床活动时间、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者肺炎、肺不张发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDT护理模式可缓解肺癌手术患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者积极应对手术的水平,使患者采取面对应对方式,避免屈服、回避,促进患者术后康复,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。Objective:To study the application method and effect of MDT nursing model in patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 210 cases of lung cancer surgery patients were divided into the intervention group with 107 cases and the control group with 103 cases according to the nursing method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group implemented MDT nursing mode.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in SAS scores between the two groups after preoperative health education,before anaesthesia and on days 1,4,7 and 14 after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in MCMQ score,first out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of pneumonia and atelectasis in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT nursing model can alleviate the anxiety of patients with lung cancer surgery,and improve the level of patients′positive response to the surgery,which makes patients take a face-to-face coping style and avoid giving in.It can promote postoperative recovery of patients,shorten hospital stay,and improve satisfaction.
