基于EVA模式下对造纸业发展的应用探讨——以晨鸣纸业为例

摘　　要：在造纸行业中,投资者在进行项目投资、技术改造或者进行一项新的计划项目时往往需要进行可行性研究。这种研究可以是技术层面的也可以是生态环境方面,以及社会层面的,而最终要归于经济指标。比如ROI, ROA,EBIT, NVP等指标都可以帮助企业投资者进行投资,管理者做出决策。以EVA的评价模型对晨鸣造纸业的绿色发展进行企业价值评估。探究EVA指标在造纸行业中的具体应用价值,并对比EBITDA指标,探究EVA是否适用于造纸行业的企业价值评估。Investors often need to conduct feasibility studies when investing in projects, technological transformations, or undertaking a new program in the paper industry. Such research can be technical or ecological, as well as social, and it ultimately attributed to economic indicators. Indicators such as ROI,ROA, EBIT, and NVP can help corporate investors invest and help managers make decisions. This paper evaluated the enterprise value of Chenming Paper’s green development by using the EVA’s evaluation model. Besides, it also explored the specific application value of EVA indicators in the paper industry and compared EBITDA indicators to explore whether EVA is suitable for enterprise value assessment in the paper industry.
