摘  要:随着国内汽车主机厂对碰撞安全的重视,小偏置试验逐渐被纳入新法规中,仿真分析作为研究的一部分起重要作用。针对某款SUV试验进行对标分析,对不足之处进行碰撞策略的改进,从吸能、掠过和掠过+吸能3种策略上进行仿真和结果分析。从乘客舱的侵入量、改进后质量增加量、改进件的制造成本以及加工难度等因素上分析3种策略的优缺点,最后采纳的改进方案是掠过+吸能策略。With the safety of the collision has been attached importance by domestic automobile mainframe factories,small offset tests were gradually incorporated into the new regulations, and simulation analysis played an important role as part of the research. A certain SUV test was benchmarked, and the crash strategy was improved in the inadequacies. Simulation and result analysis was carried out from the three strategies of energy absorption, sweeping and skimming + energy absorption. The advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes were analyzed from the intrusion of the passenger compartment, the increase in weight of improved parts, the manufacturing cost of the improved parts, and the difficulty of processing. Finally, skimming + energy absorption strategy was adopted as an improved scheme.
