摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化和社会就业形势的变化,大学生留大城市就业发展的意愿也发生了变化。通过对在校和毕业学生开展留大城市发展意愿调查,从影响制约因素和人才政策的视角梳理分析,提出有针对性的对策,构建有效指导大学生的就业体系。With the change of the popularization of higher education and social employment situation,college students’ willingness of employment of staying in big cities for development is also changing.Based on the investigation of the desire of college students and graduates in big cities for development,and the analysis of influencing factors and talent policies,countermeasures should be put forward to build an effective guidance for the employment system of college graduates.
