摘　　要：便携式、低成本和定量POCT研究是临床医学和诊断的变革.尽管进行了多年的研究,但很少有这样的设备可以投入市场.商品化血糖仪操作简单、价格低廉、检测效率高,因此在不改变血糖仪的构造和机理的提前下,将血糖仪用于更多非糖类目标物的定量检测,成为当前研究热点之一.目前,国内外已有很多此类研究报道,本文综述了近十年来基于商品化血糖仪的POCT研究进展.Portable,low-cost and quantitative point of care test(POCT)has the potential to revolutionize medical diagnostics.Despite many years of research,few such devices are commercially available.The advantages of using commercialized glucose meters for analytical applications are easy operation,low cost,and high efficiency.Therefore,without changing the structure and mechanism of glucose meters,the research on quantitative detection of non-glucose targets by taking advantage of the glucose meter has become one of the issues in current researches.Here,the research progress of POCT based on commercialized glucose meter for recent ten years is reviewed.
