摘　　要：目的了解太原市近10年来戊型肝炎(戊肝)的流行特征和趋势,为制定相关的防治政策及措施提供科学依据。方法收集国家“传染病报告信息管理系统”中报告现住址为太原市的戊型肝炎病例,时间从2009年1月1日开始,截止为2018年12月31日。对其三间分布的趋势变化等进行分析。结果太原市2009~2018年戊肝共报告1840例。年均报告发病率为4.47/10万。不同年度的报告发病率不同(P<0.01)。其中男性990例,年均报告发病率4.45/10万;女性850例,年均报告发病率为4.01/10万。男性的年均报告发病率高于女性(P<0.05)。46~60岁中老年人群的报告发病数占全部的31.09%。家务及待业、离退人员、农民的报告发病数分别为480例(26.09%)、461例(25.05%)、247例(13.42%)。结论近10年太原市戊型肝炎的报告发病率呈逐渐下降趋势。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of hepatitis E(HE)in recent 10 years in Taiyuan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of related prevention and control policies and measures.Methods The hepatitis E cases reported during January 1,2009-December 31,2018 with current address of Taiyuan city,Shanxi province were collected from the National Notifiable Disease Report System to analyze the trend of 3 distribution.Results A total of 1840 cases of hepatitis E were reported in Taiyuan city during 2009-2018.The annual reported incidence was 4.47/10~5.There was statistically significant difference in the incidence among years(P<0.01).The cases including 990 male cases,with the incidence of 4.45/10~5;and 850 female cases,with the incidence of 4.01/10~5.The incidence was higher in male than that in female(P<0.05).The number of reported cases in people aged 46-60 years accounted for 31.09%,and it was 480 cases(26.09%),461 cases(25.05%)and 247 cases(13.42%)respectively in household and unemployed persons,retirees and farmers.Conclusion In the past 10 years,the reported incidence of hepatitis E in Taiyuan city has been gradually decreasing.
