摘　　要：目的了解盘锦市大学生艾滋病知识知晓率及相关行为态度,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法2018年12月利用世界艾滋病日宣传,选取盘锦市2所高校,对在校大学生进行随机问卷调查并进行数据分析。结果调查538名学生,艾滋病基本知识知晓率为75.65%(407人),对只与1个性伴发生性行为可以降低传播风险的知晓率仅为56.13%(302人);大一年级对艾滋病基本知识知晓率(77.12%)低于其他年级(P<0.01)。55.01%(296人)对婚前性行为持谨慎接受态度,38.85%(209人)持反对态度;91.82%(494人)虽然对感染者表示同情,但35.88%(193人)选择避而远之。结论盘锦市在校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率偏低,特别是对艾滋病经性途径传播相关知识了解不足,且对婚前性行为有较高的赞同率,存在较高经性途径感染艾滋病的风险。Objective To understand the awareness rate and HIV/AIDS related behaviors and attitudes among college students in Panjin city,so as to provide the evidence for developing the intervention measures.Methods In the World AIDS Day,December 2018,2 colleges in Panjin city were collected to conduct a random questionnaire survey among students and the data was analyzed.Results A total of 538 students were surveyed.The awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge was 75.65%(407 persons),it of having sex only with 1 partner can reduce the risk of infectionof HIV was only 56.13%(302 persons),it of basic knowledge of AIDS in freshmen was 77.12%,which was lower than that in other grades(P<0.01).There were 55.01%(296 persons)of the students take a cautious attitude towards premarital sex,while 38.85%(209 persons)of the students were opposed to premarital sex.There were 91.82%(494 persons)of the students expressed sympathy for the infected persons,but 35.88%(193 persons)of the students chose to stay away.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS among college students in Panjin city was low,especially the knowledge of sexual transmission of AIDS was deficient,and there was a high approval rate for premarital sex,therefore there is a high risk of infected with HIV through sexual contact.
