摘  要:为解决超高压远距离输电线路的故障类型判别与故障点定位的难点,基于《输电线路分布式故障诊断系统》的国家标准,研发设计一款解决上述行业难点的故障诊断装置;该装置的研发过程包括总体构思、实体建模、样机验证、模具开发验证,以及官方权威检测中心验证等。装置的研发与运用解决了线路故障类型的准确判别和故障点的准确定位,为及时抢修线路赢得时间,且减轻线路检修人员巨大的巡线工作量。文中解读了该款产品的外观结构设计要点、薄壁铝压铸件设计难点和装置试验内容等。In order to solve the difficulties of fault type identification and fault location for EHV long-distance transmission lines,based on the national standard of Distributed Fault Diagnosis System for Transmission Lines,a product of fault diagnosis device for solving the above industry difficulties is developed and designed.The development process of the device includes general conception,entity modeling and prototype verification,mold development and verification,as well as the verification of the official authoritative testing center.The development and application of the device solves the problem of accurate identification of line fault types and accurate location of fault points.It can save time for line repair in time and reduce the huge patrol workload of line maintenance personnel.The key points of the product's appearance structure design,the design difficulties of thin-walled aluminium die casting and the contents of device test are explained.
