摘 要:针对矿用液压支架再制造过程中存在安全稳定性差、效率低等问题,以吊臂的优化设计为研究对象,在进行吊臂几何受力分析的基础上,在-11.8°~75.2°角度范围内对铰点位置进行优化计算。结果显示优化后液压缸受力最大值为180.6 kN,较优化前减小了11.24%,且受力波动明显减小,改善了吊臂的受力特性,达到了提高设备的结构紧凑性和系统稳定性的目的。In view of the problems of poor safety,stability and efficiency in the remanufacturing process of mining hydraulic support,this paper takes the optimization design of the boom as the research object,and optimizes the hinge point position within the range of-11.8°~75.2°based on the geometric stress analysis of the boom.The results show that the maximum stress value of the optimized hydraulic cylinder is 180.6 kN,which is 11.24%less than that before the optimization,and the stress fluctuation is obviously reduced,which improves the stress characteristics of the boom,and achieves the purpose of improving the structure compactness and system stability of the equipment.
