摘  要:为了测试深冷处理时,多维振动对材料力学性能的影响,提出了一种基于并联机构的三平移振动台,该振动台具有解耦性好、控制简单等特点。同时创新性地采用曲柄摇杆机构作为驱动机构,避免了驱动电动机的频繁换向,简化了控制,提高了电动机的使用寿命。利用MATLAB的数值分析功能和CREO3.0的机构仿真功能,验证了其在运动过程中不存在刚性冲击,满足高频振动的运动学要求。In order to test the influence of multi-dimensional vibration on the mechanical properties of materials during cryogenic treatment,this paper proposes a three-translation vibration table based on parallel mechanism.The vibration table has the characteristics of good decoupling and simple control.At the same time,the crank-rocker mechanism is innovatively used as the drive mechanism,which avoids the frequent reversing of the drive motor,simplifies the control and improves the service life of the motor.By using the numerical analysis function of MATLAB and the mechanism simulation function of CREO3.0,it is verified that there is no rigid impact during the movement and meet the kinematic requirements of high-frequency vibration.
