摘  要:装配式钢结构住宅轻质高强、空间利用率高,符合我国“四节—环保”和建筑业可持续发展的战略需求,符合房屋建筑产业化的技术要求,是未来住宅产业的发展趋势。回顾与总结装配式多层钢结构柱-柱连接在静力性能与抗震性能方面研究的现状与进展,包括连接类型、试验、有限元分析等方面的研究,为该钢结构柱连接的进一步研究工作及设计方法提供参考,促进该连接在我国钢结构工程中的应用。The assembled steel structure residential house,with the significant advantages of light weight,high strength and a high degree of utilization of space,complies with an important developing direction of the future residential industry for meeting the strategic needs of China s“four sections-environmental protection”,which reflects sustainable development of the construction industry,and the technical requirements of industrialization of housing construction.This paper reviews and summarizes the current status and research progress on the static performance and seismic performance of fabricated multi-story steel column-column connections,including connection types,tests,finite element analysis,etc.It will provide a reference for performing the further research work and establish the design methods of column-column connections in the steel structures,which can promote the application of the column-column connections in China s steel structure engineering.
