摘　　要：天然活性成分作为抗肿瘤新药研发时存在着溶解度差、生物利用度低、不稳定、刺激性等缺点,环糊精具有特殊的空腔分子结构,可作为理想载体用于包合天然产物,改善药物的体内过程。本文归纳了近年来环糊精及其衍生物在抗肿瘤天然活性产物中的应用研究,对环糊精在抗肿瘤新药研发领域的发展前景进行展望。Natural active ingredients are used as anti-tumor drugs,with poor solubility,low bioavailability,instability,irritation,etc.Cyclodextrin has a special cavity molecular structure,which can be used as an ideal carrier to encapsulate natural products and improve the in vivo process of drugs.This paper summarizes the application of cyclodextrin and its derivatives in natural anti-tumor products,and prospects the future development of cyclodextrins in the field of anti-tumor drug development.
