摘  要:目的探讨藏药花锚抗高脂血症(HLP)的作用,为研究降血脂药物提供依据。方法100只小鼠,随机分成5组,每组20只。用高脂乳剂复制小鼠HLP模型,2W后按花锚高剂量(404mg·kg-1)、中剂量(202mg·kg-1)、低剂量(40.4mg·kg-1)灌胃HLP小鼠,连续4W后,通过小鼠体重增长率、血脂的含量变化即总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)来观察花锚对HLP的影响。结果HL P模型组较正常组小鼠体重增长率升高显著,血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB含量显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、ApoAⅠ含量显著降低(P<0.01),显示复制小鼠HLP模型成功。花锚能使HLP小鼠的体重增长率显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),并显著降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB(P<0.01或P<0.05)和显著升高HDL-C、ApoAⅠ(P<0.01)的含量。结论花锚预防性给药具有调节血脂代谢紊乱和降血脂作用。OBJECTIVE This research investigated the function of the Haleni a elliptica against HLP,in order to provide a basis for the study of cholesterol-lowering drugs.METHODS 100 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,20 mice in each group.The HLP model of mice was replicated by high fat emulsion.Halenia elliptica was filled to the mice with HLP af ter two weeks at three levels:high dose,intermediate dose and low dose.After four consecutive weeks,the research observed the function of the Halenia Elliptica against HLP through the following indicators:the growth rate of mice weight and the change of blood lipid content including TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,HDL-C and ApoAⅠ.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the weigh growth rate of model group mice increased significantly,and the content of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in serum increased significantly(P<0.01),which showed replica ting HLP model of mice was successful.Halenia elliptica could make the weigh gr owth rate with HLP reduce significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the content of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in serum reduce significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the content of HDL-C and ApoAⅠincreased significantly(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The preventive adminstration of Halenia elliptica could adjust blood lipid metabolic disorder and reduce blood fat.
