中药有效成分治疗脑卒中的研究概况

摘　　要：目的总结中药及其有效成分防治脑卒中方法及可能作用机制,为中药的新药开发和临床用药提供借鉴。方法借助CNKI、维普等数据库资源,以脑卒中、脑缺血损伤为关键词,收索近5年来,发表的有关于中药有效成分治疗脑卒中的文献,并将其分成苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类、酚和酯类以及其他等类别,并总结、归纳其治疗机制,分析研究现状和存在的问题。结果中药有效成分主要通过抗血栓,改善能量代谢,抗氧化,拮抗神经毒性,抑制神经细胞凋亡,调节神经递质或神经肽紊乱,促进神经功能恢复,来达到改善血流灌注,发挥脑神经保护的作用。结论对于脑卒中的治疗,中药及其有效成分有较好的疗效,但目前对中药有效成分的研究存在一定的局限性,今后需进一步加强中药有效成分多靶点作用的研究,阐明中药有效成分的治疗机制,为开发强效的脑卒中治疗药物提供理论支持。OBJECTIVE To summarize the methods and possible mechanisms of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients in preventing and treating stroke,and to provide reference for the development of new drugs and clinical drugs for traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS With the help of database resources such as CNKI and VIP,the literature on stroke and cerebral ischemic injury was collected,and the literature on the treatment of stroke with active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine was published for nearly 5 years,And it is divided into glycosides,flavonoids,alkaloids,phenols and esters and other categories,and summarizes and summarizes its treatment mechanism,analysis of research status and existing problems.RESULTS The active in gredients of traditional Chinese medicine mainly improve anti-thrombotic,improve energy metabolism,anti-oxidation,antagonize neurotoxicity,inhibit neuronal apoptosis,regulate neurotransmitter or neuropeptide disorder,promote neurological recovery,to improve blood perfusion and protect cranial nerves.CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients are effective in the treatment of stroke,but it is still necessary for domestic and foreign scholars to continue to study in depth,to clarify its therapeutic mechanism and target,and to develop safe and effective stroke treatment drugs.
