摘  要:目的建立荷移-UV法测定曲克芦丁片中总黄酮含量。方法以AlCl 3为受电子试剂,芦丁为对照,采用荷移-UV法测定曲克芦丁片中总黄酮含量,并进行方法学考察。结果该方法在0~50μg·mL-1内线性良好,精密度RSD%为0.248,重复性RSD%为0.851,方法在2h内稳定,平均回收率96.8%,RSD%为1.785。结论荷移-UV法简便、快捷、准确可靠,可用于曲克芦丁片中总黄酮成分的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To measure the content of flavonoid in Troxerutin tablets with UV spectrophotometry after Charge-transfer.METHODS As standard substance of Rutin and the electron acceptor reagent of AlCl 3,the content of flavonoids in troxerutin tablets was determinated by UV spectrophoto metry after Charge-transfer and the method was optimization.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0-50μg·mL-1 for Rutin.The RSD of precision was 0.248%.The RSD of reproducibility was 0.851%.The average recovery was 96.8%.CONCLUSION For simpleness,convenience,speediness,high specificity,accuracy and reliability,UV spectr ophotometry after Charge-transfer was an important method for content determination of flavonoids in Troxerutin tablets.
