摘　　要：目的评价PDCA循环管理干预药品不良反应(ADR)监测和上报工作的效果。提高ADR监测管理质量,促进临床合理用药,保障公众用药安全,降低患者医疗费用。方法采用回顾性分析方法,抽取我院PDCA循环管理干预前(2012~2013年)ADR报告215例,PDCA循环管理干预后(2014~2015年)ADR报告455例,对比分析干预前后ADR监测上报情况。结果经过PDCA循环管理干预,我院ADR上报数量增加,严重ADR数量较前明显增加,ADR报告质量提高,医护人员对ADR重视程度提高。结论PDCA循环管理可以有效地促进医院ADR监测工作,在提高ADR上报的数量和质量方面发挥重要作用,同时提高了医务人员上报的积极性以及对ADR的分析能力和合理用药能力。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of PDCA cycle management application in monitoring adverse drug reaction(ADR).In addition,improving the quality of ADR monitoring management,promoting rational drug use in clinic,protecting public safety in drug administration and reducing the cost of medical treatment were considered in our mind.METHODS Taking retros pective analysis method to analyze 215 cases of ADR during 2013-2014 annual(be fore PDCA cycle management intervention)and 455 cases of ADR during 2014~2015 annual(after PDCA cycle management intervention)in our local hospital,in order to contrast with the before and after treatment.RESULTS After intervention of PDCA cycle management,the quantity of ADR monitoring in our local hospital was obviously improved.Moreover,the number of serious ADR cases was significantly increased.Meanwhile,the ADR reporting quality was also improved remarkably as result of raising awareness in medical staff.CONCLUSION PDCA cycles management could promote ADR monitoring work of hospital effectively and play important role in enhancing the quantity and quality of ADR reporting work.What′s more,enthusiasm in medical staff for ADR cases reporting,analytical ability and rational drug using capacity of ADR were improved dramatically.
