针灸配合推拿对神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年1月于本院进行治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者88例,随机分为试验组和对照组各44例。试验组采取针灸配合推拿治疗,对照组仅针灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后上肢放射性疼痛的视觉模拟评分、颈椎功能障碍指数、病变部位椎间盘的高度及临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数、椎间盘高度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后的VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数、椎间盘高度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病能较好的缓解疼痛,解决功能障碍,减小椎间盘高度,治疗总有效率更高。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 88 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with massage, while the control group was treated with acupuncture only. The visual analog score, the index of cervical function, the height of the disc in the lesion and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the VAS score, cervical dysfunction index and disc height of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the VAS score, cervical dysfunction index and disc height of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with massage for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can better relieve pain,solve dysfunction, reduce the height of intervertebral disc, and the total effective rate is higher.
