局部封闭联合欧莱凝胶外敷在新生儿静脉输液渗漏中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部封闭联合欧莱凝胶外敷在新生儿静脉输液渗漏中的应用效果。方法:将2014年8月~2018年7月在某院NICU病房住院期间接受静注人免疫球蛋白治疗时发生重度静脉输液渗漏的32例新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组各16例,对照组应用欧莱凝胶局部外敷治疗,观察组应用利多卡因和地塞米松局部封闭后联合欧莱凝胶局部外敷治疗,比较两组治护效果。结果:观察组总有效率、家属的护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痊愈时间、并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在发生新生儿重度静脉输液渗漏时应用局部封闭后联合欧莱凝胶外敷,效果显著,可减少并发症发生,提高家属护理满意度。Objective: To explore the application effect of local closure combined with external application of OLE gel in neonatal venous transfusion leakage. Methods: from August 2014 to July 2018, 32 neonates with severe venous transfusion leakage during hospitalization in NICU ward of a hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=16) and observation group(n=16). The control group was treated with external application of OLE gel, while observation group was treated with lidocaine and dexamethasone after local closure combined with external application of OLE gel, compared with two groups of treatment. Result: The total effective rate and satisfaction degree of family members in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the recovery time and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of local closure combined with external application of OLE gel in the treatment of severe venous transfusion leakage is effective, which can reduce complications and improve family nursing satisfaction.
