中国乒乓球俱乐部超级联赛核心竞争力研究

摘　　要：采用Delphi法和层次分析法(AHP)构建了中国乒乓球俱乐部超级联赛核心竞争力层级要素结构模型和指标评价体系。研究表明:其核心竞争力由管理能力、市场营销能力、竞技综合能力、文化能力和环境适应能力5个准则层和24个指标层要素构成,其指标权重排序由高到低依次是竞技综合能力、管理能力、市场营销能力、文化能力和环境适应能力。由此揭示了中国乒乓球俱乐部超级联赛核心竞争力是复杂系统,需要继续强化竞技综合能力“长板”,通过“善治”实现治理能力现代化和多元主体共建共享,深化推动协会实体化改革和联盟构建等方式弥补管理体制机制不健全、产权结构不清晰、市场经营乏力、文化建设滞后、环境适应能力弱等“短板”,系统规划、分段实施、重点打造、协同培育其核心竞争力,推动其内部治理、市场经营、形象塑造、品牌培育、文化实力等方面显著持续提升。This paper used Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct the CTTSL club core competitiveness level element structure model and index evaluation system.Research shows that:CTTSL club core competitiveness contains management ability,marketing ability,competitive comprehensive ability,culture ability and environment adaptability of five criterion layers and index of 24elements,its index weight sequence from high to low in turn is competitive comprehensive ability,management ability,marketing ability,culture ability and adaptability to environment.Thus reveals the CTTSL club core competence is a complex system,need to continue to strengthen the competitive comprehensive ability“long board”,by“good governance”modernization of governance and plural co-construction and sharing,deepening the reform of promoting association materialization and coalition building methods such as make up the management system and mechanism is not sound,weakness of property right structure is clear,market management,cultural construction lag,the“short board”such as environmental adaptation ability,system planning,implementation,focus,cultivate its core competitiveness,promote CTTSL club in internal governance,market operation,image building,brand cultivation,cultural strength and other aspects have significantly continued improvement.
