摘  要:无铬钝化镀锌板在加工使用前偶尔有腐蚀变黑发生,严重影响产品质量。利用激光共聚焦显微镜探索了热镀锌板腐蚀变黑的潜在原因,利用原子力显微镜考察了镀锌板无铬钝化膜的微观结构,分析了96 h盐雾后微小黑斑的腐蚀形貌,利用衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术和内标比值法定量分析变黑部位基团变化值。For the chromium-free galvanized sheet,the phenomenon of corrosion blackening occurs occasionally before the next processing,which affects the quality of products seriously.In this paper,the underlying causes of corrosion blackening of hot-dip galvanized sheet were investigated by laser con-focal microscopy,and the microstructure of chrome-free passivation film of galvanized sheet was observed by atomic force microscopy.The morphology of tiny black spots of samples undergoing salt spray for 96 h was analyzed.Moreover,the change value of chemical groups in blackened part was analyzed quantitatively by attenuated total reflection flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(ART-FTIR)and internal standard ratio method.
