烟酰胺片对钢铁酸洗的缓蚀作用研究

摘  要:废弃药品的再生利用是减轻环境负荷的重要途径,含氮杂环类药品具有潜在的腐蚀缓蚀作用。采用失重和电化学方法研究了烟酰胺片在10%盐酸中的缓蚀性能及对酸洗去除钢片氧化皮的促进作用。结果表明:在75℃、10%盐酸中烟酰胺片有较好的缓蚀效果,加入4 g/L时缓蚀效率超过90%;在相同条件下对酸洗去除氧化皮也有促进作用,酸洗后钢铁表面白度增加。电化学测试结果表明烟酰胺片为混合型缓蚀剂,在钢表面上的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温式,属于自发的物理化学吸附过程。Recycling of waste drugs is an important way to reduce the environmental load.Nitrogen heterocyclic drugs have potential corrosion inhibition effect.The corrosion inhibition effect of nicotinamide tablets for mild steel and the promotion of pickling to remove the oxide scale of steel sheets in 10% hydrochloric acid were studied by weight loss and electrochemical methods.Results showed that nicotinamide tablets had better corrosion inhibition effect in 10% hydrochloric acid at 75℃,and the inhibition efficiency was over 90% when adding 4 g/L.It also promoted the removal of oxide scale by acid pickling under the same conditions,and the whiteness of steel surface increased after acid pickling.Moreover,the results of electrochemical tests showed that nicotinamide tablets were mixed-type corrosion inhibitors,and the adsorption on steel surface followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which belonged to the spontaneous physical-chemical adsorption process.
