摘 要:DN200口径以下管道在工业领域应用广泛,但管道内腐蚀问题日渐突出。针对DN200口径以下管道内腐蚀问题,设计一种高频脉冲电流阴极保护系统,解决传统外加直流电流的方式存在保护电位分布不均、保护距离短的问题,使得保护电位分布均匀,并延长保护距离。采用基于全桥逆变和直流斩波方式的高频脉冲电源技术,并设计加工了特殊的三通法兰结构安装柔性阳极和参比电极;设计采用柔性阳极外包多孔橡胶管的方式解决了柔性阳极与管道内壁的绝缘问题,系统实现了管段保护电位均匀分布;解决了传统内衬、内涂层等手段针对DN200口径以下管道内壁弯头、插接点难以施加保护的问题,并使保护距离延长了6 m。进行了保护电位和保护距离检测试验,结果表明设计的高频脉冲电流阴极保护系统用于DN200口径以下管道内腐蚀防护是可行的。Pipes with diameters below DN200 are widely used in the industrial field,but the problem of corrosion inside pipes is becoming increasingly serious.Aiming at the corrosion problem in the pipeline below DN200,a high-frequency pulse current cathodic protection system was designed to solve the problem that the conventional applied DC current had uneven distribution of protection potential and short protection distance,so that the protection potential was evenly distributed and the protection distance was extended.The high-frequency pulse power supply technology based on full-bridge inverter and DC chopping was adopted,and a special three-way flange structure was designed and fabricated to install flexible anode and reference electrode.The design adopted flexible anode outer porous rubber tube to solve the problem of insulation between the flexible anode and the inner wall of the pipe.The uniform distribution of the protection potential of the pipe section was realized in the system,and the problem that the traditional inner lining and inner coating were difficult to apply the protection for the elbow and the insertion point of the inner wall of the pipe below DN200 was solved,as well as the protection distance was extended by 6 m.Furthermore,the protection potential and protection distance test were carried out,which indicated that the designed high-frequency pulse current cathodic protection system was feasible for pipeline corrosion protection below DN200.
